(York, PA) Downtown, Inc. held its ninth annual Downtown First award program at the Strand Capitol on August 20, 2009, and presented its “Outstanding New Downtown Business” award to Wagman Construction, Inc. (WCI).
WCI moved to downtown York in February, 2009, into the first floor of the historic building it renovated as part of the Codo 241 project at North and Geroge Streets. WCI has registered the “green” interior office space for LEED certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
