Wagman Construction, Inc. Receives Platinum STEP Award from ABC Keystone

(York, PA) The Keystone Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) held its annual safety awards dinner on May 1, honoring firms who received a Safety Training & Evaluation Process (STEP) award. Wagman Construction, Inc. was amongst the honorees and received a Platinum level award, which is the second highest level of the STEP awards.

“Safety is one of our core values,” said Cory Gaye, corporate safety director at Wagman. “Our safety mission is to ensure all employees return home safely every day, and we’re proud to be recognized for that.”

ABC’s STEP program was founded in 1989 as a safety benchmarking and improvement tool but has quickly evolved into a world-class safety management system that dramatically improves safety performance amongst its participants regardless of company size or type of work.
