Why Wagman for Green Featured Project

Wagman Construction, Inc. (WCI) Offices at 231 North George Street, York

Wagman Construction served as Construction Manager and general contractor for the innovative Codo 241 project in downtown York. WCI occupies the first floor of the renovated building that was part of this Codo project.

WCI moved its twenty-five employees to the new downtown headquarters in February 2009. The move was prompted by WCI's focus on urban redevelopment and its dedication to community.

WCI's "green" interior validates its commitment to sustainable design and practices.
