Sycamore Apartments at Masonic Village
Wagman served as general contractor for two new apartment buildings with 126 retirement-living units in five styles. Sycamore Apartments, in Elizabethtown, PA, make up the senior housing component of Sycamore Square, a mixed-use development, co-developed by Wagman. |

Lutheran Retirement Village at Utz Terrace
Pre-construction and construction services
were provided for Lutheran Social Services' new CCRC campus in Hanover, PA, which included cottages, independent living apartments, assisted living residence, skilled care center and community center. |

Schartner House at PHI's Carroll Village
Wagman completed this 76,000 square-foot "affordable" independent living apartment building and parking garage as the first phase of Carroll Village, PHI's new mixed-use development in Dillsburg, PA. |

Pre-construction and construction services
were provided for this new two-story, independent living apartment
building and community center.

Homewood Cottages
Wagman completed a total of 104 villa-style cottages on the Homewood at Plum Creek campus, including both
duplex and triplex units, each with approximately 1,900 square feet
of living space. |

Moravian Manor
This project involved the construction of
a new 70,000 square-foot, independent
living apartment building with underground parking, additions
to the assisted living wing and nursing center, and substantial renovations
within the assisted living wing and nursing center. |
