Wagman builds a variety of office buildings, from
class-A structures to "green" renovations. Our award-winning projects have positioned
Wagman as a leader in office building construction.
Greenway Tech Centre (10,000 Friends of PA Commonwealth "Green" Design Award Winner)
Wagman Construction served as Construction Manager for this first "green" speculative office building in York County, PA, which involved the renovation of a 48,000 square-foot building into a modern, high-tech office building, and construction of
a 250-car parking structure. "Green" features included
the reuse
of an existing building and "brownfield" site, raised access flooring, recycling, waste minimization and
use
of
lo-VOC adhesives and materials. |

"From the start of the Susquehanna Commerce
Center project one of the most productive aspects of Wagman's involvement
stemmed from the pre-construction services that were useful in guiding
the early site planning and building envelope designs. Receiving feedback
on cost implications to various structural approaches, mechanical system
designs and the impact of building placement on the site, on the schedule,
as well as on construction sequence helped guide us in making evaluations
of alternatives."
