Why Wagman for Green
|
 |

Wagman's experience in the medical industry includes
both new medical office buildings, and renovations of existing facilities
to meet progressive standards and practices.
Hershey Outpatient
Surgery Center
This 21,000 square foot, one-story, outpatient surgical facility contains
seven operating rooms, prep and recovery areas, nurses stations, reception
area, business offices, children's play area, vending area and work
room. |
 |
Cherry Drive Medical
Center
This 52,000 square foot project included 42,000 square feet of medical
offices and examination rooms, and a 10,000 square foot senior center
wing. The new building, with 200 rooms and 1,800 linear feet of hallways,
was constructed of structural steel and brick veneer with exposed
tube steel canopies. Our crews hung approximately 500 cabinets and
installed about 1,200 linear feet of counter top. |
 |
Penn State/Hershey Community Health Center at Nyes Road This 16,000 square foot design/build expansion
added 24 exam rooms, with over 200 pieces of custom casework, to an
existing medical center. The existing facility, which we had built
several years earlier, remained completely operational during construction. |
 |
Dover Medical Center This new 22,00 square foot medical center, a satellite
facility for Wellspan Health, provided offices and examination rooms
for Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Obstetrics, and Diagnostic Imaging.
The combination ground face masonry and split face masonry building,
also houses a pharmacy. |
 |
Hayshire Family
Medical Center This new 4,200 square foot family medical center,
another Wellspan Health project, has eight examination rooms. The
wood frame building with brick façade was specifically designed
to fit comfortably into the its largely residential surroundings. |

"Your design/build process was professional and
timely, with minimal disruption in the operation of a busy medical practice
in the attached building. The quality of the construction work is excellent
and has completely satisfied the Milton Hershey medical staff."
