Office and Warehouse Addition
Wagman Construction added 1,500 square feet of office space and 21,000 square feet of warehouse space to match PA Steel's existing 43,500 square-foot facility, originally built by Wagman on a design/ build basis. |

This 13,000 square-foot pre-engineered warehouse was added to the existing 58,000 square-foot vehicle maintenance facility, originally built by Wagman on a design/build basis. |

Strine Printing Company Packaging
Division
(ABC Award of Excellence Winner)
This 144,000 square foot, design/build office &
warehouse project was constructed in an L-shape to accommodate 44,000
square feet added by the owner after construction had begun. The office
area features a rounded glass curtain wall, and a stainless steel,
roof-mounted sign that matches the curve of the curtain wall. |

Fry Communications Building #4
(ABC Award of Excellence Winner)
This state-of-the-art 377,000 square foot
printing facility includes a raw material/paper storage area served
by rail, manufacturing area, shipping/receiving area, and offices.
The building also contains several mezzanines used for mechanical
equipment. |

Shearer Industrial Supply
Wagman built this new 64,000 square foot corporate
headquarters and warehouse on a design/built basis in six short months.
Project features include a two-story atrium entrance with a pyramidal
skylight in the lobby, and thirteen skylights in the warehouse. |

Topflight Corporation
This 95,000 square foot office, production, and
warehouse facility was a design/build project. Because of the nature
of business conducted here, Wagman constructed a climate controlled
production area, complete with a humidification system. |
