Wagman's green projects hold the unique distinctions of having been ground-breaking "firsts" in York County and the state of Pennsylvania.

WCI moved its offices to the innovative Codo 241 project in downtown York. WCI served as co-developer and construction manager for the historic renovation and new construction that created upscale rental housing, restaurant and office space. WCI's first-floor space became the first green for-profit office interior in York County. |

Greenway Tech Centre

Wagman served as construction manager for the first green speculative office building in York County. The project combined the renovation the 48,000 square-foot Dallmeyer building into a modern, high-tech office building with new construction of a 250-car parking structure. |

The Perry Green Townhomes at Petersburg
Commons
Duncannon, PA
Pennsylvania's first green affordable housing project consisted of two buildings containing a total of 14 townhomes, 4 of which were designated as senior living units. The design/build project utilized federal and state grant sources. |
