is streamlined through the electronic transfer of project data.

FTP Site
WCI hosts its own FTP site for storing and accessing relevant project information. Specifically, the site can be used as a central depository for project design documents and files, allowing the entire project team access for easy download. Additionally, the site has specific documents that are geared toward subcontractors. The FTP site has improved communication and has provided for the efficient transfer of information.

Electronic File Storage
In an effort to move toward a paperless system, WCI uses an electronic file system which results in project file storage that resides on our internal networks. This information can be accessed from anywhere with simple access to the internet. Through this system, WCI can offer complete digital storage of all project operation and maintenance manuals and general project files.

Management & Accounting Tools
Wagman utilizes the latest project management software and accounting programs, many of which are specifically tailored to meet the complex needs of the construction industry. This allows team members to access shared information and make changes in an efficient and timely manner.
