Codo 241 was built in 2009 in the heart of historic downtown York. Wagman was a co-developer and the general contractor for this innovative residential/commercial project. It was the first green interior office space in York County.

The first floor of renovated historic building was converted into a modern office interior with exposed original brick and beams, and an industrial flavor.

Green features include use of low VOC adhesives and paint, Nu Green particle board, concrete countertops, acoustical ceiling clouds, low-flow toilets, and recycled carpet, aluminum and steel.

This project achieved LEED certification according to the United States Green Building Council’s guidelines for green construction.
