  Wagman Announces the Name Change of their Parent Company to Wagman Companies, Inc.

  (York, PA) Construction Management Resources, Inc. (CMR), the management and holding company of G.A. & F.C. Wagman, Inc. and Wagman Construction, Inc., announces it has recently changed the name to “Wagman Companies, Inc.”. Wagman Companies, Inc. (formerly CMR) provides management & support functions to the two operating companies.  The support functions include accounting, treasury, legal, human resources and information technology. The organizational structure remains the same as this was a change in name only.
  
  According to Lisa Wagman Glezer, Public Relations Manager, “Since CMR had little name recognition and caused some confusion, we often publicly referred to the entity as Wagman Companies. We decided it was time to make it official and we legally changed the name to Wagman Companies, Inc. The new name better reflects the association with G.A. & F.C. Wagman, Inc. and Wagman Construction, Inc.”
