Wagman Corporate Community Fund
"Community" is one of Wagman's Core Values. In that regard, the Wagman family established the "Wagman Corporate Community Fund" to better organize and perpetuate corporate giving. Wagman's corporate giving has grown dramatically over the years, and the fund will ensure continued support of the community despite changes that may occur in the economy or the business.
United Way Campaign and Community Outreach In addition to being an avid supporter of the United Way, Wagman also takes part in community assistance programs such as
Bowl for Kids' Sake, Toys for Tots, and clothing drives for agencies
like the Salvation Army and the York Rescue Mission. The company
participates in Wellspan's Blood Donor Program and is registered
with the Volunteer Center of York.
Christmas Tree Project
Wagman's "Christmas Tree Project"
reflects support of employee-selected focus groups. The Red Cross was
selected as the recipient for the 2008 Christmas Tree Project. Employees who contribute are recognized with an ornament placed on Wagman's Christmas tree. |
