Work directly for the Project Superintendent by planning and performing necessary stake-out work for each operation of construction on the project, tracking and reporting daily job production, job-wide safety as well as communicating with craft workers and subcontractors.

Assists the Project Engineer as well as support for the field. Responsibilities include reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, coordinate subcontract work as needed, and serve as contact person for vendors. Assist with on-site construction problem-solving as well as attend job meetings.

Plans and monitors on-site construction engineering activities for a particular project, maintaining liaison with architect/engineer and owner regarding project progress and changes. Insures project engineering activities comply with company and client requirements, providing interpretation of design and application of construction methods. Position normally requires construction engineering/design experience and professional registration.

Take-off EngineerSubmit Your Information

Performs quantity surveys/take off for site work. Assists with bid close and delivering bids. Solicits subcontractor and vendor pricing and performs scope review and analysis. Assists Project Manager with compilation of change orders and with the coordination of subcontractors.
